What can I say this dealer is absolutely brilliant! We saw a car on auto trader exactly what we wanted looked great. We messaged Dan and he gave us all the information we asked for. Next day he did a video of the car and had a chat with me. I found him extremely honest on every occasion I spoke to him. We paid a deposit and the deal was done. We had the car delivered and found this service exceptional delivering exactly when we wanted. We did have a couple of unexpected issues but nothing was too much for Dan. He told me to arrange with my local garage and he would settle the bill, again he was true to his word. I’ve just been away and driven 700 miles the car met all our expectations and more. Thank you Dan for being the perfect car dealer and salesman I shall definitely recommend you and will use you again if ever we decide to change the Tiguan!

This is the first place I went to as friends have used them in the past and they always have a grate range of cars. A much nicer experience than usual car dealership. No high-pressure sales or pushy salesman. Just friendly competent people who know their stuff. Very happy with the Audi A3 I came away with. I’m confident they will help me out if I have any problems. Will definitely use again. 5 stars!

Purchased a 2012 Toyota Rav4.
Saw the advert, liked the vehicle so checked out their website and emailed them for more info. Dan kindly called me and walked around the vehicle discussing my queries, answering my questions without any pressure implied.
I layer called Dan back and arranged a deal we were both happy with. Paid deposit, arranged finance and delivery.
All of this was done without me visiting the dealer. Upon delivery I inspected the vehicle and was happy to complete the deal. Vehicle was exactly as described.
Excellent communication throughout with no pressure.
Happy to rate as 5 star, which is very good considering I bought remotely, unseen.

I was travelling to purchase the car from over 200 miles away, and from the first phone call he was positive, friendly and above all else honest in each interaction. I would have no hesitation in buying another car from him, and would recommend him to anyone considering a purchase.

The after-sales care I have received has also been of the highest level, which is really refreshing and reinforces that I made a good choice in buying my car from him!

My daughter was looking to purchase her first car and they were amazing with her - very kind and caring - nothing was too much trouble they made the whole experience very special for her - she purchased a Vauxhall Adam and we are very pleased with it. They were totally trustworthy no fancy gimics just excellent down to earth honest car sales. Backed up with a full warranty scheme. They dont put you under any pressure to buy and are very open and honest. Absolutely excellent service we will definitely purchase future cars from here - HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED.

Astra VXR

Can't thank Dan enough for what he has done.... Bought a Vauxhall Astra vxr of Hartlebury cars and unfortunately the head gasket went just after 3 months of buying it.... Was really apprehensive on calling them as I didn't think a car dealer would do anything, especially after prior dealings with dealers, but Dan reasured me that they would deal with it, they had my car for 2-3 weeks and sent the head off and I've got my car back fixed, with no charge. Can't recommend them enough, would rather pay more money for a car and use them. EXCELLENT SERVICE, thanks Dan 😁

Very rarely leave reviews but really feel that Dan's service warrants it. Having just had a particularly nasty experience with a used car dealer, Dan was honest, clear, and accommodating. The car was fairly priced and has not let us down. Dan has responded quickly to my minor troubleshooting emails and requests. I can highly recommend Hartlebury Cars.

I mentioned few chips and marks on the front and Dan had this in the bodyshop and repaired, re painted to a very high standard. Needless to say I bought the car and am over the moon with it. I purchased a Volvo from them last week. Arrange a viewing/test drive. No sale's man pressure/no lies or misleading comments, brilliant warranty, great customer service, clean nice quality cars and a fair price part exchange. My wife and I saw a car we liked on ebay and called Dan the owner to arrange a viewing and test drive. The garage is hidden away, but google maps gets you straight there. Dan was very friendly and helpful. We left with the feeling that we both liked Dan and his manner. He made us a fair offer on our part exchange car and the deal was done the next day. The car will come with a new MOT, valet and a 12 month warranty that was very reassuring to us. We will collect the car in a few days and are very much looking forward to that. I would certainly recommend this seller to my friends with no hesitation.
